Second time I've ordered from Power Tools Direct. Good range of products at decent prices. But. Customer service isn't brilliant. No update on delivery, so after a week emailed but no reply. Next day got a delivery notification from the courier. Not sure if it was coincidence or not but not great that a whole week went by with nothing...
