Having paid an extra £20.95 for express delivery of my order, only half the goods arrived, several phone calls and emails later, after a fortnight almost had passed, the long overdue goods turned up. The courier group Citylink were blamed for the problem. The customer waited patiently and the retailer Power Tools Direct made no gesture whatsoever for the inconvenience - other than the statutory meaningless apology. An extremely disappointing purchase, hence for this reason I cannot recommend this retailer.
