product great. very competittive price despatch time ok. but had very little contact after order was placed. had no idea day/time of delivery & was no invoice sent. the packaging was holed in several places & had been opened and resealed quite poorly. although contents were all there & undamaged. missing invoice & lack of contact were a let down, but would use them again
