The item I ordered was showing as available on their website with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. However, after waiting the maximum 5 days, nothing was received or heard. A call to them showed "unfortunately we seem to be out of stock and we haven't let you know when we should have". I was told the item would hopefully be back in stock by the end of the week and would be despatched then.
The item did eventually arrive 2 weeks after the order date rather than 3 to 5 days as was advertised; not great service!
