The patio cleaner I purchased I have had before so new it was good. The ordering and delivery was first class but 3 of the cointainers had leaked in to the plastic bags they were wrapped in, I contacted power tools direct who informed me they would contact the courier direct which is perhaps a good outcome for the next customer but not for me.
