Not a great experience. Placed 2 orders this year. 1st order had to chase for the £7.95 express delivery. Eventually delivered 12 days after ordering.
2nd order again had to chase after 6 days of waiting for any info. Told there were delays with some products (despite being listed as in stock on the website). Had to cancel as they could not give a lead time.
Prices are great but of no use if delivery takes ages or the items ordered aren’t actually available.
