Whereas power tools direct was new to me and having only recently discovered their website for the first time the product I purchased , namely a euro cylinder lock, did not meet my requirements in way of adequately securing the door to my home. Indeed the product proved as useless as the previous cylinder lock which i had replaced. I don't believe I have any complaints with power tools direct though who were relatively prompt in their delivery, affordable and courteous enough to enquire with follow up emails as to my customer satisfaction.
