After much searching for a particular type of woodscrew on the internet I eventually found what I wanted on the Power Tools Direct website. While I was at it I added some boxes of other useful standard types / sizes to the online order. Power Tools Direct phoned me to apologise, saying that one of these sizes was out of stock - did I want to cancel them or order an alternative? I said I would rather keep the order open if they were prepared to send what they had, with the out of stock item to follow later - provided it did not incur any additional postage. When they said it would incur extra postage, I cancelled the item. I was disappointed by this response as the item was listed on the website as available. As a new customer, this is my only gripe. The remainder of the order arrived quickly. The quality of the screws, excellent. I will probably order from Power Tools Direct again.
