They sent to us a device to catch a mouse without killing it, which has been a great nuisance to us. We haven't yet managed to catch it, but it has certainly been deterred in it's activities, which makes me happy, not to see anything of it in my kitchen.
Delivery of the device was very prompt, which was important to us.
