There was a bit of a problem with the courier when Power Tools Direct originally shipped the order, which resulted in the order being returned to Power Tools Direct by the courier. Despite this not being the fault of Power Tools Direct, but a problem with the courier, Power Tools Direct still resent the order without charging a second delivery charge.
