ordered 5 measuring jugs with spouts, 1 came without spout. Phoned, left a message on answerphone, no contact, phoned again, hung up, because went through to answerphone again. Phoned 3rd time got through explained situation, have had no reply since, Measuring Jugs have been with me for nearly 2 weeks now. Received spout the day this email was posted in standard postal mail, but was unaware that the issue was resolved until it arrived on my doorstep. For these reasons I have upgraded my oval rating on this occasion to Average fro poor. I hope this is an isolated experience that I have received as good/very good experiences from this company for previous purchases.
