The service from the Power Tools Direct website was satisfactory as was the product purchased, but the carrier, Interlink, made little effort to find our property on the first attempt to deliver. I had paid for express delivery but did not receive the item until 6 days after ordering because of the bank holiday. Perhaps the company should consider using a different courier.
