Great Web site and range off tools. Very pleased with the quality of the faithfull tools ordered. Communication was good too but the only downfall was there carrier service, called the shop after a week chasing the delivery and apparently there was 2 attempted deliveries, there was no slip left to advise me off this with the carrier, ended up driving to Coventry to collect 80 mile round trip from Loughborough. So payed for delivery and had to pay out for fuel costs and time, a bit rubbish. A refund on the delivery would of been a nice gesture to cover the fuel cost. Pleased with the goods but would not use again because of there chosen carrier due to the urgency off the goods.
