Unfortunately my order did not go through on the Power Tools Direct website. But, they promptly contacted me by e-mail, requesting that I telephone them to place my order directly with them, should I still be interested. I did this on the 10th Oct. and received my order on 15th Oct.
So, overall, not a bad performance.
