On the 16/10/14 I purchased a tool from Power Tools Direct and paid extra for 1-2 days delivery, the tool had not arrived and I e=mailed the company on 21/10/14 to ask where it was and was told it had been dispatched, the tool arrived 23/10/14.
I e-mailed the company as requested to let them know it had arrived and have not heard from them since, no apology or refund of the extra delivery charges for quick delivery.
