the tool is what I expected and not damaged. It might have been good to have instructions for setting up the string (long-handled loppers). It looked as if the delivery man had tried once to deliver, and I wasn't in. He subsequently left the parcel in my porch, which I wasn't very happy about, as it is completely open and visible.
packaging was fine.
