I paid extra for i/2 day delivery and the package was on time, service friendly and it added to my pleasure to talk to a real person about the delivery. I don't rate it special because the instructions (drawings on box only) for assembly were not adequate for me and the customer service at Tools Direct could not help me despite it being a straightforward assembly - if I could have had the answers to a couple of questions. So over a week later it is not assembled and I need not have paid to have it delivered quickly. I shall have to go to a shop to get advice so the advantage of buying online is somewhat lost.
