I placed my order of over £75 which qualified for free delivery, but as I needed them sooner than the stated 5-7 days, I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery, on arrival my order was 1 item missing which was the item I needed the soonest.
I contacted Power Tools Direct who asked for photos of the parcel and items which I provided, they then said the item was out of stock and not back in stock for a month - I said this was unacceptable - they then refunded the cost of the item and the additional postage cost
