It’s the first time I’ve used power tools direct,I made an order to be delivered in 2 working days,a mistake was made somewhere along the way and it arrived in 4 working days which was a bit frustrating,I contacted the company through email and the reply was prompt,the problem was addressed.I received my item which I’m very happy with, it’s quality.powertools direct also refunded my postage fee for the mishap,a mistake was made but very happy with the way it was dealt with,with this in mind I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again.
