Order despatched and delivered very quickly. Discovered I'd ordered 110v version by mistake. This is not very obvious on the website. Phoned and advise to return for credit. Took over a week and 4 phone before credit arrived. The people I've spoken too have all been very nice and every time assured me that I would get the credit probably next day.
Credit has arrived today including for some small items I didn't return as a goodwill gesture.
Happy now!
