I'm disgusted that such a high profile company, gives a paltry partial refund for an item that was returned because of the lengthy delay in receiving said item from them in the first place. I ended up doing a complete toilet removal at extra expense.
I should have had a full refund and the return postage refunded as well.
This company's name is deeply burned into my brain 'DON'T USE AGAIN!'.
