Ordered the sparky rotary drill model bp540ce with chisel bits, brushes etc as pictured on site.
The drill sent through was the older versions of this model.
It's a different colour and no antivibration side handle and no accessories?
offered a refund, but had no communication about when?
don't pay for express delivery 1-2 days it still takes 5 days to get to you?
disappointing service which is still unresolved.
