Power Tools Direct were very helpful trying to determine where my order was, which they had dispatched very quickly,. UK Mail took 5 days longer than the date and time they told me they would deliver because they couldn't find my house, in spite of address, postcode and my location in the centre of town, opposite the railway station, The 5 litre tin of waterproofing paint arrived damaged but luckily not leaking.
