The reason for normal rating was because I paid extra for the 1-2 days delivery and got the 3-5 days delivery service, tried calling only to be faced with answer machine and reply by email message! Can't be bothered to waste time chasing the £3 difference, you just have thought they would have reimbursed me automatically following the apology email, but they haven't!
