I ordered the products on the Monday with express delivery and was told the products would arrive either on the following day or on the Wednesday at the very latest. The parcel was not handed to the courier until the Wednesday. Having waited in over the following two days I was not very happy because on the Thursday I was out and about on business and the courier company would not leave the parcel with neighbours. A total cock up on behalf of Power Tools.
