Very poor communication and lack in sense of urgency has made selling an apartment extremely stressful. I have needed to follow/chase information on most occasions. 8 months to compete the sale of a property with no chain is unacceptable even with consideration to Covid. Approx 4 max t/c’s received from my solicitor in 8months. The sale of my property was completed and I am yet to received the money owed from the accountants department. I am informed that money owed would be received on the working day following completion but still nothing and no clarity as to when this will be received. The service is shockingly poor and I would never recommend Premier Property. I would advise to pay the extra money to access an efficient service.
