“Extremely poor service, they constantly ignore any question, answers only the bare minimum, we are constantly anxious about our purchase as they constantly keep us in the dark, they don't explain anything, phone never available. Using their complaints procedure is a joke, the team reviewing the complaint is separate from the conveyancer, this separation causes a massive lack of accountability, there is no way to get someone else assigned or resolve your issue with current solicitor no matter how much you complain and chase. This system is purposefully made to just do the bare minimum, collect money, and not have any customer service at all. I am trying to escalate to the ombudsman, but their process requires you to wait up to 28 days each time you answer. They acknowledged there are problems with my service and offered £200, a nice gesture, but nothing can repair the amount of stress and anxiety coning from this situation, and even with this, they continue to provide no clarity, extremely poor service and communication.”
