My purchaser was using Premier Property Lawyers to buy my flat. Because of the time they took to do their job, my purchaser was forced to pull out of purchasing my property. When the sale fell through, we were at 8 months and still nowhere near completion - the sale should have taken no more than 8 weeks to complete. The enquiries I received from PPL were ridiculous and both myself and the purchaser could not work out if their questions were a joke or not. When questioned PPL simply changed their email address so they didn't have to communicate with me. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs, they are cowboys who should not be allowed to operate any longer.
