If I could give zero stars I would. They are willfully negligent and incompetent. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails and I am at a loss as to when we are actually going to exchange on my house as you simply cannot get hold of them and they do not do their job! Avoid at all costs! I am furious at our estate agents for pushing us to use them.
