A severe lack of communication. Actions were not followed up in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. An over-reliance on all parties to chase the conveyancer. Legal advice was lacking in quality and was not proactively provided. Generally, a very poor experience. This has caused significant stress and anxiety for parties involved.
