My house sale completed four days ago. I have still not received the proceeds of sale...... because I have not yet purchased another property, I am living in temporary accommodation. I therefore got a P O Box for my mail. They say they cannot pay me my proceeds of sale £250,000 while I have a P O Box so they are hanging on to it...... isnt that theft????
