The buyer of our house is using this debacle of a company, and 5 months later we're nowhere near ready to exchange contracts. Our solicitors have little communication from them, and our estate agent had the phone put down on her when she wanted to make enquiries about the progress. Rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They have made a straightforward process into an utter nightmare. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity
