ID department (?!) insists on using an app. Thirdfort, that is rubbish. This caused unnecessary delays, especially as no problem was raised until just before exchange, ten weeks after first using it. Conveyancers are not too bad, except they NEVER answer the phone and sometimes take days to respond to emails if at all.
