since 2 months my case is with them, already lost a 1 buyer because each time I tried to call the conveyancer is not available, unable to leave voicemail, unable to get any advice. Their service is below any expectation. Strongly advice to avoid. Update- 3 days after leaving this review all my sale files has disappeared of their system, discovered after phone call from estate agent. They clearly don't know what they're doing
