Absolutely hopeless. Disorganised, poor communication and at times plain dishonesty. Our buyer pulled out a month ago and we are still waiting for PPL to inform us. Phone calls and e-mails not returned for weeks on end, forms that were supposedly checked sent back months later for corrections and the leasehold documents that we had paid a fee to release were never forwarded on.
Very disappointing and a level of stress I wouldn't wish on anyone.
