Simply the worst property/ conveyancing solicitors around, shame on estate agents recommending them for your commission payments.
They do not give you a dedicated solicitor as advertised, will not communicate in a timely manner, read reviews and see how many sales, purchases lost, extra costs, unprofessional the list goes on and on.
