Do not use. We were recommended to them via PurpleBricks, it's been over 4 months since agreeing our sale and they are still dealing with initial enquires with the buyers solicitors.
I am told conflicting stories from various staff as to whether enquiries have or haven't been dealt with and on multiple occasions, we have been lied to regarding this.
It's been 34 days since we logged a complaint, which hasn't been dealt with or even followed up with a call.
