They never looked at the documents I sent them
Never contacted me to say there was anything wrong with what was provided I had to contact them! Charged me stamp duty BEFORE 1 October a further £14,000 which I will NOT be paying then they cancelled my order for my mortgage on the day we were due to exchange. 28 days to respond to a complaint I don’t have that it will all fall through if we do not complete this week. Couldn’t not speak to complaints team so I emailed ombudsman services hope they enjoy and can afford my compensation
