2 weeks after instruction emailed to say they couldn't deal with purchase. No onward referral, no explanation as to why. Wouldn't respond to calls or emails.
I engaged another conveyancer but they continued to send paperwork and conduct searches on a property they had told me they couldn't act for.
Told my vendor I was pulling out of purchase causing mayhem even though they knew I'd engaged another conveyancer.
Tried to get my Trustpilot review removed. Hence on they maintain a high score that they don't deserve.
Disgraceful.
