Everything left to the last minute ! Delayed completion 3 times because of poor time management. Verandra Parmar was dealing with the purchase, even though everything was set to complete, he still didn't request mortgage funds inspite of completion date being agree'd with 3 other solicitors. Get a grip of your staff Premier before someone sues you for breach of contract and losses.
