Their web listing states "Premier Property Lawyers is a wholly-owned, award-winning, subsidiary of My Home Move and is the largest conveyancing firm in the UK"
Blaming systems should not be an option, after all most reputable companies have a disaster recovery plan and often insurance companies insist on such.
As such these jockers are severely delaying exchange of the change which is now likely to collapse!
