Their outage system has been down for 3 weeks, why no back up plans.
We were supposed to exchange on the 29th October this did not happen.
Since then they do not contact you with updates, you constantly have to contact them and they never give direct answers.
They are always blaming others for delays including Managers buyers and colleagues.
Also one person says back up and running whilst others say they are Not......it is lie after lie.
