Avoid ppl at all costs absolutely disgusting service. Had to find out about the system going down from my buyer. We should have completed on 16th Nov. Now my buyers morgage has expired and he's got to pay for a valuation again. Absolutely disgraceful. No one can come and value property now till 8th Dec. Had one update in 3 weeks ppl there service is a disgrace. Causes many a sleepless night with stress for myself and family. Dont know when we will complete now.
