Appalling service. Had to find out about IT issue from the bbc website. We are trying to complete sale and purchase and our conveyancer can't access records despite the message on your website. We have now had to put stuff in storage look for temporary accommodation because PPL can't confirm completion date. With no direct dial number we can't contact our solicitor directly and have to call central number and hope someone picks up and passes the message on. How have your systems been down for 3 weeks?? your service sucks.
