Do not use this company. Worst service I have ever had - they acted throughout as if they couldn't care less. Employed them on the recommendation of our Estate Agent which rather bears out the reputation of Estate Agents - I'm told they recommend this shower because they get a nice fat kick back. We sacked them off, got a decent solicitor and everything was done quickly and smoothly - we exchange today. With Premier Property Lawyers I think it would all have collapsed. Summed up by what they said to us on the phone when we expressed concern and I quote "chains break down all the time" said in an offhand manner. They've got one star from me only because I have to do that - they're worth nil.
