Appallingly incompetent. They have lost important paperwork that was submitted several months ago & their communication has been abysmal. The process has been unnecessarily tedious, lengthy & stressful.
We are still awaiting exchange after several months & now feeling that we may lose our purchase due to the lack of professionalism from this firm.
