I suspect this organisation employs school leavers to do the work as they do not understand the process or documentation put before them. NEVER use them to purchase or sell a flat or a leasehold house - they honestly do not understand the deeds. I had to send them a picture of a maisonette so that they could get a grasp of what one was!
If you think they are less expensive, think again!
Add on to your costs additional rent that you will pay while you wait!!!
