Avoid at all costs. Online operation went down - OK things happen. But it took a ridiculous amount of time to come back up, there was no backup operation in place and hardly any communication. To add insult to injury, they advertise a fixed fee with no unexpected charges, and now they've completely ignored that and added an additional charge to my bill that I'll have to claw back. So dodgy.
