Do not under any circumstances use Premier Property Lawyers for conveyancing. Our buyer started to buy our house with them on September 1st 2021. We finally, after endless delays and lack of communication on the part of PPL, signed the exchange documents with our solicitor 8 days ago. But PPL are apparently still not ready and not answering our solicitors queries as to why they are not ready. We are very likely to lose the house we have agreed to buy through the gross incompetence of the so called company!
