I’m sure you have heard of the saying that nobody goes to work to do a bad job, these guys actually do! We were unfortunate enough to have Zahirah Hanif assisted by an assistant who couldn’t assist Dawn Knowles who I don’t think either have ever dealt with selling a house before, I know this because it took from July 25th, 2021, to Feb 25th 2022 to sell my house with no chain or complications involved. – 7 months to the day ! The stress, financial loss, anxiety and burden it put on me and my family is not to be measured. I sent over 100 emails, chased, harassed, begged for communication, assistance, updates and ended up doing most of the heavy lifting myself. I am exhausted after 7 months of dealing with total incompetence, left with a £3k financial hole and shot nervous system to boot! Just check below the surface at PPLs very poor performance, don’t be fooled by the veneer of green stars on trust pilot. I would advise that you stay clear unless you have the energy to do battle! Purple bricks need to action due diligence on this company before throwing innocent clients to the wolves!
